Can I add nested bookmarks (sub-entries)?
Yes — use the chevron buttons next to each bookmark to indent or outdent. Up to 4 nesting levels are supported, which covers the vast majority of academic/legal documents.
Does it preserve existing bookmarks?
When you load the PDF we read its current outline so you can edit. Saving replaces the whole outline with what you see.
Will my PDF be uploaded to a server?
No. Reading and writing the outline happens entirely in your browser with pdf-lib.
Does it work offline?
Yes, after the first visit.
